I had a very severe jetlag. Typical of me being a sweet elderly (good thing eh!), I had gone through ten days of jetlag. It was the same when I went for 5-day conferences abroad and still when I got back, another long week of jetlag. Aha, I pamper my mind, body and soul everyday without fail. Muahahahahhaha!
